A working group with representatives for the school personnel and pupils is formed with the mission to make a Plan of Action for the school. A speaker is engaged who has experience from young people's attitudes, to inspire the personnel to work with gender equality issues. A person, preferably a drama pedagogue, is engaged to lead "value exercises" with the personnel with the intention of starting dialogues in groups and to process values. Values within areas which have no given answers such as moral, life style, relations, drugs, environment, future etc. After that the teachers carry out various "value exercises" with the pupils.
