Results

The reaserch has influenced the daily practice of professional women, that is :Legitimating a more specific access into the life story of women, which is often a sad story;Knowing how to listen, getting a high degree of concentration in order to understand which are the words to be better developed, knowing how to face painful matters with a clinical attitude and without avoiding them, knowing how to ask a delicate question at the right time. Taking the time, playing up to the person's rithm, leaving moments of silence in order to let the woman reflect and self-listen.Having a global vision of the difficulties about employment in the space of one interview only. A better organisation of listening using a number of benchmerks, a greater elasticity due to a greater control of the main theme (guide to the interview)A clinical attitude by the adivisers both towards the conversation and towards the non-verbal aspect of their interviews. The team work allowed the advisers both to appreciate the national size of the network and to notice that all CIDFs make the same work all over France. The reaserch has a positive influence on the partners (ANPE - Employment Bureau), who showed a great interest towards this work and a serious acknowledgement of the role of CIDFs within the framework of the social and economical insertion.
